Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the MX Merchant Payments Bridge application ("the App") provided by MyBusinessAssist.AI. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The service

The App lets a GoHighLevel sub-account connect its own MX Merchant account to accept card payments through GoHighLevel. You are responsible for maintaining a valid MX Merchant account and for the accuracy of the credentials you provide.

Payment processing

All card processing is performed by MX Merchant (Priority Technology) under your merchant agreement with them. The App facilitates the connection but is not the merchant of record, does not hold funds, and is not a party to the payment. Fees, settlement, chargebacks, and disputes are governed by your MX Merchant agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable law, card network rules, PCI-DSS, and the GoHighLevel and MX Merchant terms. You must not use the App for prohibited or fraudulent transactions.

Availability & disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBusinessAssist.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from declined, delayed, or erroneous transactions processed by third-party providers.

Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or to protect the security of the service.
